This isn’t my morning routine — but it is what a lot of fitness influencers pretend theirs is.

Honestly, don’t feel guilty if yours doesn’t look like this. Some mornings I’m lucky if I even manage a shower😂😂

Keep it simple and stay consistent.
That’s the formula:
• Eat healthy and prioritize protein
• Limit ultra-processed foods
• Resistance train at least 3x per week
• Do 120 minutes of zone 2 cardio weekly

No need to overcomplicate it and try and do too much just do this consistently you will see results ❤️😊
