About Danny
I was approached by the BBC in 2005 to feature in a documentary about bodybuilding.
The documentary was called the babyfaced bodybuilder. I was approached as I had secured a number of bodybuilding titles at a such a young age.
The BBC followed me for three months building up to The Mr Cumbria show and The Mr Universe in Germany. I was 17-years-old and I won the junior category and also the overall at The Cumbria before placing 4th in the U23 Mr Universe.
The Plan
So, this is a snack that you can have at 8 o’clock, 10 o’clock, 12 o’clock, 4 o’clock , 6 o’clock…any o’clock!
You asked and we delivered.

Health and nutrition is and will always be my passion.
Despite no longer competing in bodybuilding, I now train for fitness and longevity, I’m an all rounder, I train to look and feel good. I’m also insanely strong I have a 190kg bench press and I can shoulder press 65kg dumbbells!
I am now a really successful business owner in Preston I have my own barbershop called Danny barbers and I love it.
